JOIN OUR COMMUNITY
Joining our community is simple. First, read over our leasing policy to make sure you qualify. Then download our application and send it with your application fee. We require an application from every resident over the age of 18. Make sure all applicants have signed their applications, provided their social security numbers, and included their full addresses (city, state, and ZIP code). We'll run a credit report and verify the income and rental history for each applicant...and that's all it takes!
APPLICATION FEE
$35 per adult resident
Please fill out a separate application for each adult who will be on the lease.
We accept checks mailed to our office but recommend PayPal – it’s easier and faster for everyone. Just send the payment to tim@cypress-re.com.
LEASE TERMS
Utilities: Garbage and sewer paid by landlord. Gas, electric, cable, phone and water paid by Resident.
Terms: Initial 12-month lease preferred
Pet Rent and Electric Car Charging: Monthly fee
